What are your opinions?

Looks like the C++Builder 2009 supports better optimizations and ISO C++ compliance than previous versions (as they say at the website).

Also MS released the new beta for VS 2010.

I want you guys to give opinions about these IDEs and compilers.

Absolutely VS 2010 - Builder don't optimize well and isn't ISO C++ compliant (well... only Comeau is 100% compliant, but Borland is one of the worst compilers in this). Or... Use GCC, it optimizes very well and has good ISO compliance (however, there are some people that are saying that Visual is more compliant)...
It's only my opinion...
