Not wanting to be left behind, Google is introducing "Wave" this year.

The stat companies show Live went to zero and Bing went to 6% market share, which is less than what Live had. (between 6 and 8%. Google has about 65% and Yahoo about 20%.)

I actually think bing is somewhat pretty good, could use improvement but I got some new search results when I typed in flat assembler.

It can't be used for speed comparison, it's for link comparison.

I've not had problems with it timing out. I'm sure its the comparison server. MS and Google have nothing to do with that site.

hmm, i consciously tried to not using google lately.
whenever i wanna find something,
eg. g something (in my opera).
i wonderously click on HOME button and replace the g to b (bing)

i wonder does this happen on me only or everyone else?

In the US, Bing searches have surpassed Yahoo, something Live.com never did. The number of goggle searches had decreased over the same time period.

Are you kidding me I just tried out Bing and I already could not find what I wanted. Gave me totally irrelevant results. (for the record, one of the keywords was "rapidshare" RazzRazzRazz). And no, I'm not searching "for popular obvious things" because in that case I don't even need a search engine.

Well now here we go:

It's rise to number 2 was a one day deal.

Not only did it quickly fall back to number 3, it fell to search levels below Live.
Quote:
StatCounter updates every few hours, so there is also data for today already. And it’s more bad news for Bing. It’s now down to 5.65% in the U.S. — yes, that’s less than what Live.com was at last month.

There seem to be conflicting reports:

Bing luring Internet searchers: comScore

Quote:
Microsoft's share of search results pages in the United States rose two percent to 11.1 percent the week after being rolled out, according to comScore.

So what is true, is it up or down?
