First I don't quite understand what you are asking for (maybe that is why it wasn't answered), but I think you are asking FASM version.
I think now is safe to say that download the latest and its there Smile
On 15th April its mentioned here: http://board.flatassembler.net/topic.php?t=9770&start=80

...but if you are asking about the CPU then
Core 2 (Penryn, Wolfdale, Yorkfield) started with SSE4.1 support in the CPU.
Core i7 (Nehalem) is the first to have full SSE4 support (that is both SSE4.1 and SSE4.2).
