How would I build a tool to format a floppy to fat12?

Hi Coddy41, roboman from the DexOS forum written some code that may help, see here:

You need to get "ForDex.com with source " its written in fasm Cool .

If you want a more win32 examples (asm , but not fasm), not format but floppy image, so will still help see here:
