I wonder whether directive 'display' is still working like in Fasm.
When I use 'display' to present some of the number or strings, it only works properly sometimes? I don't know why?

Well, not exactly. Directive display from within FASM compiler works the same way as in all other versions of FASM, but Fresh interprete the result to show better view in message window. You can read very detailed description of display behaviour in freshguide.chm file by Decard. You may find it in directory "doc/" in Fresh main directory for Fresh 1.0.1C versions. This is new feature and you have to download latest work version for this file.
