how can i edit/make .raw image files?
i've got adobe photoshop 7 installed but all i can see is a strange gray tinted image Sad

.raw images are binary image data without any headers. Photoshop will ask you the format of such image.

but how should i know that?
(i'm trying to edit/make skins)

look in skindata.inc - there you will find bitmaps dimensions
