I have 2 questions.

How to play MP3 Files with pure win32 API?

Is there a free easy-to-use MP3 playing library for C, but also useable with FASM?

Thanks

If it's usable from C, it's usable from FASM =)

If you want pure win32 API, look into ACM codecs...

You might want to check out bassmod, http://www.un4seen.com .

Thank you all!

I think MCI is the way to go for light-weight windows audio applications.

Because I like to sticky to the pure and simple Windows API, and I don't like commercial libraries. It seems MCI is not hard as I thought.

Nice resource site, Vasilev!

you are welcome, but one thing, for playing mp3 files through MCI you must have mpeg codec installed on you computer
