there're many automatic tools to get <your_dll_file>.inc, for examples it is apiresolve from Reverend (use search)

yup, it's easy to make .inc files, but it would be nice to have ones in fasm distribution. They're not large, but very helpful.
here i attach ole32.dll and oleaut32.dll header files. maybe someone will find them useful.

zhak: maybe if you include equates too, tomasz will consider adding it. Equates are thing which is problematic, not APIs. And without equates, the api includes is not of much use.
