you have given the source but there seems to be no good structure documentation. why is that so. perhaps a list of labels and procedures should be on your priority list. thank you.

I wrote a little script in perl to compile an index of the labels in the fasm sources (check the HEAP section on this messageboard)

The fasm sources are really easy to read. So you can probably do without. But a document is in the works. If you look around this messageboard you'll be able to find a preliminary document. Look for it in Compiler internals.
