Hey, I've just wondered that is it possible to read keypresses without using any game-libraries (like SDL or so)? Just with standard libraries or with raw C.

May be, getch() will help. Do you need to read only alphanumeric keys, or also functional keys?

Functional keys aren't nessesary.

and getchar() under GNU/Linux !
