Could someone please explain how you get the return value of an Win32 API call in FASM?

EAX register holds the return value, check an example:

Code:

        invoke  MessageBox,0,_message,_caption,MB_ICONQUESTION+MB_YESNO
        cmp     eax,IDYES
        jne     exit

(That code is the "beer" example of FASM package)
