Hi Privalov!

Trying to code something, I just got an idea... Does the structure of FASM make it easy to implement a feature which let you edit code which is already generated?

An example:

Code:

db 1,2,3,4,5
db 6,7,8,9,0
edit 5,1,1           ; I'm not sure about the syntax, but maybe something like edit offset,size,value

Resulting in a file:

Code:

 01 02 03 04 05
 01 07 08 09 00

Is this possible to add? So long!

Are you sure you cannot achieve the result you need with just conditional assembly ("if" directive)?

...after some thinking, I found out it's not necessary... My idea will require too much work anyway... Well, thanks anyway!

BTW: How is the math going? When can we expect FASM 1.50 to be released?
