bass doesnt use any specific component to read from res, i just need a pointer to the resource.
also, how do i pack files into the .exe? |

you can use a tool like PEBundle to add DLLs to EXEs

sorry if i was inacurrate in what i wanted to do, i need to know how to get POINTERS of RESOURCES in order to load .XM files from resource of the file.
bass has an function called BASS_MUSICLOAD which allows it to read directly from resources if you give it a pointer to the file. this is what im looking for, if anyone got some info i would be greatful. |

just use the file directive and you can load it from memory
