@DataHunter2009; out of curiosity, what is the case of the file on the floppy? Is it lower case? If so that is your problem. Make the filename all uppercase characters. Since if your "KERNEL BIN" is 11, then the only reason you wouldn't see it in the root directory is if the case was wrong (or the file isn't in the root directory; but I assume you copied it over).
