I found that when the code with Chinese text is saved in UTF-8 encoding on Notepad, opening it with FASMW 1.73 will cause garbled characters, and the compiled program will have garbled characters; When saved in ANSI encoding on Notepad, there will be no garbled characters when opened with FASMW 1.73, and the compiled program will not be garbled.

I changed the title to FASMW.

FASM is the CLI tool.

It was mentioned here by revolution:

FASMW.EXE IDE doesn't support Unicode.

Normally I use Notepad to edit the CJK characters, then use FASMW to edit the code.
