Is it possible to have menuetOS on a harddrive and if it is how can i do it.

-Download the compressed imagefile, unpack it and write it to the A: floppy (or use the installer)
-Once the image is written, open the A: drive and browse to the "source" folder. Inside you will find app.zip containing the file boot64hd.asm. open it with a text editor and read the instructions. -If you still want to go on after reading the instructions, use fasm to assemble (compile) the boot64hd.asm file. -use a hex editor (like hxd) that can open physical drives to write the resulting file to the first sector of the floppy disk. |

Okay, I know this is a delayed response, but ...
Both of these tools should work even in WinXP (for floppy drives, at least). |
