In FASM there is the high16bit:low16bit format for 32 bits constants used with jmp far and dd.
So, for example,
dd (a shl 16) or b
is the same as
dd a:b

Is there a way to use this format with other instructions such as mov, like
mov eax, a:b

?

You can use a macro to process mov.
