In code:
Invoke Messagebox, 0,Dir#"p.bmp",0,0

Fasm get error value out of range.

But this ok
Invoke Messagebox, 0,"img\1\p.bmp",0,0

The hash (#) is only processed inside a macro body. So you can do this:
