Why would you need to nest _exec_calm statements this way? If the entire statement should only be executed once - at the time of definition - then the inner _exec_xcalm should have no effect at all.

Yes sorry, I do a mistake.
Something like this:

    arrange     A, =arrange =B, ===0
    assemble    A
}
    

I thinking about this because I want to add a syntactic sugar around the unconditional macro:

macro builder?!
    calminstruction abc?
end builder
if (...)
    macro builder?!
        builder
        arrange     A, =arrange =B, 0
        assemble    A
    end builder
end if
builder
end calminstruction
