probably wouldn't even run on my potato. And probably requires some weird registration. Ugh, can i torrent it somewhere, a version from around 2005? Or maybe I should just give my code to one of you, so you can check if I did anything stupid.

I don't have a potato, but a respectable pineapple i7-4770. Downloaded, unziped, found install.sh, run as sudo and... didn't found some strange "packages" (I can't install the thing, ugh!)... I'll keep measuring my codes performance with RDTSC...

My OS? Ubuntu 18.04 amd64.
