Where is the offset of BIOS password in CMOS RAM? I want to get BIOS password using I/O ports 70h - 7Fh. How get it?

Every BIOS is different. There are no fixed offsets. Have you tried emailing the BIOS company?

Probably from their respective websites.
They might even have some form of technical manual for download giving all the pertinent information. |

Legacy BIOS used the CMOS RAM to store the user and admin passwords, but UEFI BIOS will store the user and admin passwords into the BIOS ROM. So if you clear the CMOS RAM, it doesn't affect the user and amin passwords in the UEFI BIOS.

Kenneth Zheng is right. Recently I tried to erase the whole cmos in 3-years old laptop and it did not help, a supervisor password set on manufacturing persisted - I suppose in nvram.
This site helped me at the end: https://bios-pw.org/ Then I was able to enter uefi setup and enable locked laptop features. |
