Microsoft is working hard to make sure foreign operating systems do not threaten security, people are afraid, plus they sell anti virus packages, now windows recovery is in my BIOS i hate how they sell computers that have internet updates to my CMOS, and plus this BRAND NEW hard earned money laptop don't support booting from USB, and when i configure my CMOS it all has malware protection settings, phuck.

Your laptop might be set to EFI boot mode which might be preventing you booting up unsigned loaders.

You could check for options to make it use BIOS booting mode instead.
