Hello.

Recently, I got M6409924.IMG and boot it.
First boot from floppy, insert USB stick (128MB, FAT32) and select "cache to USB".
After boot from 'cached' USB stick, run text editor, copy and paste E64.ASM, select Save as "hello.asm"
But I can not save my "hello.asm" to USB stick.
Once reboot, all of my saved file is gone.
I've tried 'cache to fd' also, but not work.
How can I save my own file?

Hello, HaHaAnonymous.

My method is Boot from Ubuntu Live CD(USB), use dd command to create M64 boot floppy, and boot from floppy.

If you enable usb at config.mnt, you can save asm files directly to fat32 usb drive at /usb/1/. Cache2usb saves /fd/1/ and all of its content to /usb/1/ (overwrites data), which can then be used as bootable drive.

So, If I need to boot with usb stick as floppy, there is need a other disk, right?

OK, I'd been editing the config.mnt file from the beginning:

fd_1_write = 0x000001

but still can not save some files to floppy.
Save some files to USB/1/ is work perfectly =)
