Well, I think that if you limit TASM and FASM to 16bit code only the biggest difference is FASM SSSO principle. Don't know how many people actually used TASM5 OO functionality but there are some crucial differences betwean FASM and TASM that goes beyond your examples. Anyway this is a good starting point
