So I have this idea of having a software that simulates the human body. For each test the simulated body(let's call it CSHB, Computer Simulated Human Body) will be infected with a disease. The software will run on a dedicated server and there will be distributed client versions of this software that try out different patterns of medicine solutions for that particular disease(each client doing it's own part) and then uploading the results to the main server which will the apply the solution and test if the invading cells are being killed or not. This would require personnel with professional experience in medicine so they can provide the structures of human cells and the like without regarding the uniqueness of DNA.

This is all I can contribute if at all someone wanted to try this out. We can work together and try to fight diseases without using too much resources and experimenting on people. Also if anyone interested in this and sees a need to improve the theory/ logic feel free.

Imagine if the whole world participated and AIDS, CANCER and other diseases were no more. I do care for the leaving and I want to make a change in this world. Only if someone else out there does care too.

I guess none of them simulates human body though, but if that is the case it can be for a number of reasons, to name a few:
1. Terribly computational expensive
2. Not enough knowledge to achieve such simulation
3. It is faster to simulate only what matters to get the cure for a disease.

AFAIK every medicine is simulated this way, to do that you must be very good at chemistry, biology and programming.
