see attachment for a detailed explanation
code used to create the window and the button:
invoke CreateWindowEx,0,_class,_title,WS_VISIBLE+WS_DLGFRAME+WS_SYSMENU,128,128,150,80,NULL,NULL,[wc.hInstance],NULL
invoke CreateWindowEx,4,_class_btn,_title,WS_VISIBLE+WS_CHILD,10,10,100,30,eax,NULL,[wc.hInstance],NULL

when using:
DialogBoxParam,
just the same,
when in the ResEditor ,the window and the button looks great,
fit the theme, have the animate,
when created by fasm,
looks old and flat

is there any way to fix it ?
looked msdn, helpless,
googled, nothing useful...

hate windows,
do that much work just to enable a better appearance which is a common need...
forgot that is the manifest problem,
read it before but forgot...
