i have a toshiba laptop with 6.4Gb of hard drive space and i want to install windows xp (copy cd) it would not load so i need some one to help me execute the file to start installing

You should be able to boot from WinXP CD ! If not, you need e.g. win 98 startup diskette.

Menuet can't execute DOS/Windows applications itself.
