when i dont use absolute addresses in code making fixups data populated, section header is added (size/virtual size = 0) but no section is created.

fix it so the section will be added, only virtual size with be 0.


why is it problem? windows refuse to load empty section.

Show your code. We don't know what you have done, or where you have included the fixups keyword.

Which version of Windows are you using? Some (most?) versions of Windows won't load executables without any imports.
