Hi. Is it possible to make an obj file to use with GNU compiler/debug (debuging info are not so important), actually for linking it with GNU debug stub program ?

P.S. My proggy just switch to Protected mode, initialize IDT, exc. handlers and com port. As it says in GNU manual it must provide some speciall procedures like getDebugChar and so on. How can I export them with FASM ? Or what assembler I must use in this case for the best ? And what a format of file must be used ? MS COFF format provides something like PE file (or what ?) with sections and so on, how it can be executed under pure dos ?

P.S.S. All this needed to write my own OS's kernel. Applications for it will be written in C++ (GNU) by other programmers (oh this C programmers, if this was my OS, I write it in assembler =)

P.S.S.S "Kernel" (just a simple switching to PM) is includded in attach
