I am having trouble downloading the windows version of fasm. I download it, and try to open it. It pops up with an error that says "Application Not Found."

Please Help!

The last version (1.67.27) works perfectly.
WHAT exactly says "Application Not Found" (WinZip?, fasm?, ...?)
Maybe you're having problems with WinZip? Try another compression tool (WinRAR, 7-Zip, ...)
Or your .zip association is corrupt?

most likely the program which should open .zip files has been deleted. reinstall your archiver
