Hi

Not sure if this is a problem with my setup or not, but latest Fasm ( 1.67 dated 30 June ) gives me a link error when I try to link it.

Here is the complete error message I get :

$ gcc -v -o fasm fasm.o
Using built-in specs.
Configured with: FreeBSD/i386 system compiler
Thread model: posix
gcc version 3.4.4 [FreeBSD] 20050518
/usr/bin/ld -V -dynamic-linker /libexec/ld-elf.so.1 -o fasm /usr/lib/crt1.o /usr/lib/crti.o /usr/lib/crtbegin.o -L/usr/lib fasm.o -lgcc -lc -lgcc /usr/lib/crtend.o /usr/lib/crtn.o
GNU ld version 2.15 [FreeBSD] 2004-05-23
Supported emulations:
elf_i386_fbsd
/usr/bin/ld: final link failed: Bad value

Incedentaly Fasm assembles itself just fine, but still emits same error at link time.

Cheers

Dave

Thanks for the report - when implementing a new feature for ELF64, I broke the ELF32. Fixed in 1.67.2.
