Here is a modified fasmw.asm, that makes FASMW be able to minimize in tray, as an option.
Archive also contains tray icon resource and compiled FASMW modification.

P.S. Tomasz could you please add it in your sources?

I just forgot that I had "optimal fill on saving" option off.
