SELECT u.*, s.* FROM phpbb_sessions s, phpbb_users u WHERE s.session_id =

'58eb945b38e914b18be32034788d81ea' AND u.user_id = s.session_user_id

Line : 324

And from the main site:

DNS-cache <= Your DNS server (or ALL of them???) where down and lately visited sites remained in your browsers' and/or Windows's cache so it found out the ip.

Today server losed the connection while I was trying to make update in some PHP scripts and they got damaged, so posting was impossible for some time - sorry for inconvenience.
As for the other errors, they are the provider's fault.
