thnx

sorry i didn't pay attention,
i'm using PIC16F73 and i thought about the WDT like solution at my problem.
the problem is i wrote a assembler code to send a data through UART but after few minutes the communication is stopped, by the way i don't know why.
for this reason i thought a some routine that after few minutes , 4 min for example, resets all and starts again the program.
i don't know how i can and do and write this.
could you help me please, sending any code usefull????thanks

hy gimmy,
i guess you should try a microcontroller forum, FASM is more about PC right now.
I'm just learning PIC too, but i see you have some interesting problems there.
WDT automatically resets, or starts defined function in case of WDT timer countdown end event.

here's a huge pic forum you might want to try, http://forum.microchip.com/

but think over everything twice in many cases it helps...
and use datasheets
