how can I guess how many parametrs the function has?

look for the operand to "retn" instruction at the end of each DLL function
divide by 4, and u get number of parameters

That won't help if functions use C calling convention. I'd suggest looking at disassembly of some program that uses the DLL.

how many parametrs it's not a problem but what kind of parametr it needs disassembling the program which use the specified dll like Privalov said.

which debuger dissasembler is the best for now?

all the parameters in windows use "dd" double words
but to know exactly what function of those parameters, i don't think we could know it without referring to documentation.

if we could able to know those parameters function, then i guess we then won't have secret function inside windows API :p sure some one could break it :p but, it seems, the "some one" doesn't appear!
