Hello,

I would like to try to translate menuetos to german.
But I don't know how to build a working bootdisk after compiling the source...

Thanks

You have to copy bootsector to floppy (bootmosf). If you use linux
you may do dd if=bootmosf of=/dev/fd0. Then copy all launcher files,
menu files (if you want new menu), kernel.mnt, char*.mt, rose.txt and others.

einfach BOOTMOSF.ASM compilieren und die datei mit rawrite auf die diskette schreiben
danach kannst du die restlichen daten auf die diskette kopieren

In Windows use WinImage for manipulating files. Translate bootmosf.asm and write it to floppy with program wrboot ( http://mesh321.narod.ru/kit/wrboot.zip ). Sources of kernel you can find on menuetos.org. Good luck!
