FASM won't run on macOS started from 10.15 (Catalina) since it's written in 32-bit asm.
But fasmg works fine (tested on macOS 26.6.1 M2).

Are there include files for ARM?

In my repository I have some ARM64 examples that use the header set made by tthsqe, but apart from minor fixes I do not work on these headers, so they are unmaintained at the moment.
