A Pascal compiler for 32-bit code. It currently compiles PE programs on Windows (32-bit), but you can port it to your own OS. The inline ASM syntax is FASM-like. This is a fork of my TurboPascal 7 implementation (which only compiles for 16-bit DOS). Feel free to use it.
