Hi,
I wrote the img file to a usb key using unetbootin and booted MeOS64 on real hardware. I edited the CONFIG.MNT file and changed the resolution. I saved and rebooted only to find that it did not persist.

Why do you not enable this feature? Or do you need some kind of root privileges to do it? Then how?

Thank you very much.

You could edit config.mnt in Windows or Linux and then save the modified file to M64 floppy image with WinImage or a Linux based tool. There is a way to save changes to USB, but since I don't know your setup, I recommend the first option.

Thanks. I know you can edit CONF.MNT from linux, but I want to edit any file directly from within MEOS itself, because as I said, my MEOS is running directly from a usb key plugged into a CF-H81A-BTC mainboard. MEOS is the only operating system on this mainboard.
P.S
if I choose option 2 at boot, my usb mouse stops working.

The mouse incompatibility is exactly what Im talking about. That's why I'm recommending the first option that I mentioned above.
Best regards, Ville
