i suppose this subject is very important,

we most likely currently on earth without a living and eating manual, we consume more sodium due to advertisement trickeries,

what actually is our healthy eating manual?

when:
- half-hour before sunrise
- one hour after the afternoon (say 12:30)
- half-hour after sunset

what:
- water
- fruits and veggies
- meat (fish once a week, chick twice, meat once)

4/7 animal source - 2/7 full day of fruits and veggies - 1 day fasts

sure i dont do this (i drink pepsi and cock and eat fastfood too), but when it get serious (health matter) like being sick i do all this to get well.
it worth noting less animal source food and more fruits and veggies gives better health and couple more days to live.

This depends upon where you live, and what season it is. In the far North or the far South you'd starve with waiting for sunrise/sunset. Razz

My answer would be to eat when you are hungry. Don't force yourself into these sorts of fixed periods by using the clock to tell you when to eat.

Eat whatever you want, or whatever you crave for.

If you also exercise then I think it doesn't matter what one eats, it is all just an energy source. But if one is sedentary then the problems begin. And changing the diet doesn't really help, it just makes people unhappy not being able to eat what they please. So, exercise and be happy. Eat anything to stay happy. Smile

come on rev, fuck diet who cares.
im not a healthy person at all, thats why i get sick as mentioned above.

but what you said is true countries that have 16hrs day - 8hrs night time they will die waiting for food lol.

anyhow, i just learnt a lot from being sick. and you know what? people are just like strcmp function where there is case-sensitive and not. i found many routines suitable for me and my body, where same routines will totally get another person and his body fucked up.

so i have to say learn yourself and your body, eating stuff that i dont like make me unhappy as you said already (which i dont eat what i dont like)

but truth is truth "less meat and more fruits and veggies" is BETTER for your health .. i forgot to mention earlier that I NOTICED people who eat a lot get sick quicker (i mean really a lot - huge amount of food consuming)
at the same time a BIG PART of health is HAPPINESS.
