so whats the main difference:

Code:
library kernel, 'kernel32.dll'

import kernel, ExitProcess, 'ExitProcess'

between this and this:

Code:
library kernel, 'kernel32.dll'

include \api\kernel32.inc

does the last one include/import every function in *.dll?
or it just make the life easier when we dont want to say import this function and import that, the compiler automatically will include/import any functions we used?

Code:
includelib kernel32.* ; dll or lib?
; and what is this, i just dont get it!

Yes. You can open the file and see exactly what it defines. And maybe some newer APIs are not listed yet.
