Offset of BIOS password in CMOS RAM?
Where is the offset of BIOS password in CMOS RAM? I want to get BIOS password using I/O ports 70h - 7Fh. How get it?

Every BIOS is different. There are no fixed offsets. Have you tried emailing the BIOS company?

I want the offsets for AMI BIOS and Phoenix BIOS,

Yes, but different versions have different offsets. Have your tried emailing AMI and Phoenix?

Probably from their respective websites.

They might even have some form of technical manual for download giving all the pertinent information.
