%fasminc% is a ENVIRONMENT variable that contains the full path to include files.

You can add the variable to your system in properties from desktop My Computer's icon or you can edit the "fasmw.ini" file adding the following:
Code:
[Environment]
fasminc=c:\your_install_path\fasm\include

btw. please use the search function
