Does fasm look up for files from PATH variable?

If I do an include "win64ax.inc" can I just put say, C:\Program Files (x86)\fasm\INCLUDE in Windows' PATH variable and the fasm look up for it in the directories in the PATH or should I put the full directory path?

Maybe it is possible to put them in %PATH%
I personally put them in custom environment variable called INCLUDE.

It is easy to confirm that the PATH variable is not read.

The file 'TABLES.INC', line 6 has this:
