Does that mean that "format ms coff" generates unsuitable object files for the GCC/FPC linker?

hello;
I tested successfully to linking MSCOFF example from fasmw.zip from download page with the following command line from cmd.exe console in windows operating system by mingw32 :
ld MSCOFF.OBJ -luser32 -o MSCOFF.exe

Unless things have changed in the last 10+ years Smile, ms-coff has different relocation format than... gnu-coff? That was a bit of a bother back then, when I used DJGPP and wanted to use link in some code built with a win32 toolset.
