There is a new version of Fresh IDE.
The main changed feature is the way ELF binaries are executed from inside the IDE. Now there are two ways:

1. If Fresh runs in Windows, it uses andLinux to run and debug ELF executable.
2. If Fresh runs in Linux, through WINE it can run ELF executable directly, so it uses this way.

The recommended Linux debugger is EDB, but you can use any.

Soon will be published document explaining how to configure Fresh IDE for work with Linux.
Shortly, you have to use windows file names in the IDE. WINE mounts the Linux file system as drive "Z:". For example, in order to use edb debugger, you should set: "IDE options"|"Debuggers and emulators"|"Linux debugger" to "z:/usr/bin/edb --run"
