This works from DOS or Windows, turns the Boot floppy image "floppy.img"
into a bootable CD-R .ISO Image "myos.iso" The . means the current folder
will be made into the root of the CD-R. Note the CD will boot the same as
the floppy as drive A: the hdpmi32.exe and mkisofs tools are available on
the .net Note you can also use mkisofs commands turn a Boot Hard Disk Image into a .ISO
