In a similar genre to the previous post "The Hitman's Bodyguard" added some humour along with action and a small amount of spy thriller.
I might just be biased towards movies that have Samuel L Jackson but I found his "Mother Fucker" dialogue (there was rather a lot of it of course) quite amusing at times. It reminded me of his role in "Pulp Fiction". |

Things that they don't teach you at school about history
Oliver Stone's Untold History of the United States This is not a movie, but a series, hope you don't mind. I think it worths your attention. A low-budget, yet really great sci-fi: Tau Minimal but good effects, only a few characters with good acting (not Oscar-prise winner, but pretty good), great dramaturg, kind of movie that makes you think. (Not a professional opinion, but as a surplus I cannot not noticing how gorgious the actress' naked legs are ![]() ![]() Another low-budget, yet brilliant sci-fi: Just a Breath Away A French movie about how people would react to a unforeseen natural disaster. Shows a great picture of the human psyche. +1 to "Atomic Blonde", I think it was much much better than the "Sparrow". |

I'm a big movie fan, I've seen almost everything that worth watching
![]() Órbita 9 - much better than I anticipated from the trailer, was a good surprise. I can recommend. The Commuter - better than an average action movie because of the characters and mostly Liam's acting. Good popcorn-movie, but not a game-changer in any way. Otherlife - I've figured out all the twists, so the story wasn't a surprise for me, but if you're young and haven't seen much sci-fi like me, it can be really great. Definitely worth watching. Salyut-7 - really great and refreshing that it wasn't from Hollywood. Good to see there are others in the movie industry! The Cloverfield Paradox - I didn't liked the other Cloverfield movies, but this one was quite enjoyable actually. Wouldn't watch it for a second time though, but it was perfectly good for an evening. |
