MinGW Distro It has some nice packages provided like Boost, PCRE, libjpeg etc  |

I'd like to find some small portable C compiler like TinyC. Unfortunately is has been abandoned long ago

I checked author's page a while ago, there he put a note a couple of years ago, that he's not working on it any more. Glad the project is alive |

Apple is just bad. It's like using the C/C++ 'volatile' qualifier on the entire platform.
