MOV implicates a read, write delete transaction.
LD seems to imply load data into a temporary location like the stack/heap that gets collected once scope falls out possibly using nothing more than a pointer.
CPY implicates a copy where there would be two complete, but separate instances.
So much for CISC being overly complete...
